Following guidance from Openreach, we’re having to introduce changes to the service we provide. We are continuing to provide new and existing customers where an engineer visit is not required on site, or the work we do can be completed outside of your premises.
If your installation needs work inside your premises (i.e. for a new line installation), we will be unable to arrange new appointments at least until mid-June.
On ordering a solution we will contact you within 24 hours to inform you if there is a problem with your installation due to COVID-19 working safe regulations.
